Meet your Facilitator

  • Dr. Branden has been a physical therapist for nearly six years. She is a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist and treats a wide variety of conditions from head to toe, with a special interest in the management of chronic pain. Ariel began doing pelvic physical therapy in 2021 after noticing a gap in her patients’ care. This has been a wonderful addition to her practice, as she is able to treat people more comprehensively.

Ariel believes that every person deserves to understand their body, and to know how to advocate for themselves in the healthcare arena. In addition to full-time clinical work in Cottonwood Heights, UT, Ariel serves on the Utah Physical Therapy Association’s Continuing Education Committee. She is also involved in teaching dry needling to other clinicians.

Ariel completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2014 from Skidmore College in upstate New York. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut in 2018, where she graduated at the top of her class. Ariel completed an orthopedic residency at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2019, and received her board certification in 2020.
