Class Structure

Duration: 50 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down to pamper your body.

Format: Dive into a dynamic circuit with 8 stations, spending 4 minutes at each station with quick 45-second transitions in between.

Programming: Whether it’s Base 8, Fuerza 50, or Enduro Fuego, every format is programmed to work as a system — smart progress, not random sweat.

Station Highlights

The ladder: Reach higher—build mobility, control, and total-body coordination.
Reformer: Your precision station—strength, mobility, and core control all in one.
Squat Rack: Load up, go deep, and unleash raw power.
Treadmill: Turn up the pace—sprint, stride, and fuel your endurance.
