Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
At Muv Better Pilates & Training, we understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to change your plans. However, to ensure smooth operations and respect our instructors’ time, the following policy applies to all classes, duet training, and private sessions.
Classes
If you must cancel a class, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows us to offer the spot to another member, including those on the waitlist.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee, and your class credit will be returned.
No-shows will incur a $20 no-show fee, and your class credit will also be returned.
Duet & Private Training Sessions
Because these sessions reserve dedicated instructor time, a different fee structure applies:
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will incur a $35 late cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
